Across the country, teens celebrate the power of reading during Teen Read Week™, October 14-20. This year’s theme is LOL!@ your library. The Glenside Public Library District offers exciting programs highlighting humor during this week for patrons in grades 6-12.
Teens can join our reading club beginning on October 11 to earn fabulous prizes, and they can attend a Create Your Own Bobblehead program on Tuesday, October 16 from 4-4:45 PM. Young adults can also tell jokes on Thursday, October 18 from 3-5 PM for a chance to win prizes.
If you are looking for a funny novel to read this week, check out the featured titles in the libary's display case.
