April 14, a Titanic day in history

On this day, April 14, in 1912, the Cunard liner Titanic struck the iceberg that would ultimately sink her the following day. Why not commemorate this historic day? Here are some possibilities:

Swoon with Kate and Leo and enjoy that Celine Dion song while watching the 1997 James Cameron film, Titanic.

Learn the Secrets of the Titanic while watching the first team to photograph the sunken ship.

Listen to the Titanic film music on Back to Titanic.

Read the classic book about the disaster, A Night to Remember, by Walter Lord.

Toast the doomed ship and her lost souls with a tall, iceberg--okay, ice-cube--filled cocktail. Get a recipe from the downloadable ebook 1000 Best Bartender’s Recipes.
