Something good from the oven

For those who love to bake (and eat), the library has some delicious new arrivals.

King Arthur Flour has produced some of the most well respected and easy to use books on baking. These new cookbooks feature not only delicious recipes but simple directions and common sense tips. The three titles just in are; the Baker's Companion, Whole-Grain Baking, and the Cookie Companion.




Also just in are the highly regarded Bread Baker's Apprentice by Peter Reinhart and The Bread Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum.
